Callie was found to be the source of the disturbance and she was arrested for Disorderly Conduct II for screaming loudly and causing alarm to multiple neighbors in the area. He then took Zhang's credit card and went to Walmart with Rodgers and Rodgers used the card to buy various items adding up to over $1300.00.
