The Glide volleyball team defeated Illinois Valley in straight sets Thursday night for their second Southern Cascade League win in a row.

Set scores were 25-9, 25-12, 25-9. Zoe Parazoo had 10 aces for the Wildcats (3-7, 2-0). Ruby Livingston had seven aces and seven kills for Glide Mckynzie Swain had 17 assists and Kylie Anderson had six kills. “Our goal tonight was to push through and play our game and they did that, it was awesome.” Glide coach Stephanie Furlong said. “Every game they’re realizing what they are capable of us. It’s been fun to watch tonight, their gaining confidence and that’s great.” Glide has won three out of its last four matches. The Wildcats play at Rogue River next Tuesday at 5:15 p.m.
