Davis's light was flashing yellow, however, she still proceeded to turn on Diamond Lake, before it was clear and struck the side of Navaro's vehicle. Neither person reported being injured, and both vehicle were towed by Roseburg Towing. DISPO: Traffic Collision. Proctor allegedly growled at employees and continued to stay at the business. Proctor was also in possession of alcohol, which is a violation of his Probation. DISPO: Lodged at Corrections.
