Jorgenson, facing north on Wharton, stopped at the intersection with Harvard (next to Eastwood's vehicle) to pick up a couple people who were visiting the audiologist.When Jorgensen took off, she got too close to the Mercedes and hooked the front wheel/bumper of it with her back bumper causing damage to the parked vehicle. He was laying on blankets and was surrounded by personal belongings and trash. When the Officer arrived they located a 7 and a 2 year old inside a running vehicle with all of the windows rolled down. The officer determined the mother was inside the business with another child. Multiple witnesses stated Jesse shoved the victim during the altercation before leaving the area. Jesse was later contacted and admitted to pushing the victim.
