Douglas County Baseball Summer League Continues This Week

The Douglas County summer league which features local high school baseball teams continues this week after the season kicked off last week. All games are played at Champion Car Wash field in Roseburg. Monday 6/29 schedule: Sutherlin @ RHS 2 at 3 p.m. UVC @ South Umpqua at 5:30 p.m. North Douglas @ Glide at 8 p.m. Tuesday 6/30: North Douglas @ Sutherlin at 3 p.m. Douglas @ RHS 1 at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday 7/1: Glide @ South Umpqua at 10 a.m. Douglas @ RHS at 12:30 p.m. Fan attendance is limited to 250 people per game and masks are advised along with social distancing. The Roseburg Docs will be hosting a 4th of July tournament starting Wednesday against the Eugene Challengers at 6:30 p.m. That tournament will feature games every day through Sunday.
