Ruth was stopped on Dixon at Stephens and pulled out directly in front of Cindy’s vehicle. Cindy's front bumper struck the front driver's door of Ruth's vehicle. Neither party was injured and both vehicles were towed by Roseburg Towing. DISPO: Traffic Collision. Oglesby took the stolen golf clubs to Associated Buyers and pawned them for $200. Both people were arrested on the listed charges. DISPO: Lodged at Corrections. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 09/23/2020 (03:00 PM) LOCATION: 2125 Stewart Parkway, Roseburg (Walmart) INCIDENT: Hit and Run CASE #: 204155 PERSON(S): (S) Barron, Patricia Anne (86) Roseburg, (V) Stiffler, Norma Clement (73) Diamond Lake CHARGE(S): Barron: Failure to Perform the Duties of a Driver VEHICLE(S): Barron: OR 601GXP Red 2004 Toyota Sienna, Stiffler: OR D20461 Blue 2010 Ford F-150 DETAIL(S): Barron struck Stiffler's parked vehicle at Walmart and left the scene. A witness left the suspect information on a note on Stiffler's vehicle. An investigation revealed that Barron knew she hit the vehicle, but didn’t stop to provide her information. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 09/23/2020 (06:55 PM) LOCATION: 511 SE Stephens, Roseburg (Rodeway Inn) INCIDENT: Strangulation CASE #: 204163 PERSON(S): (S) Force, Marlon N (62) Roseburg, (V) Walters, Krystal B (37) Roseburg CHARGE(S): Strangulation, Harassment, Resisting Arrest VEHICLE(S): DETAIL(S): An investigation revealed Force allegedly spit on, struggled with and choked Walters inside a hotel room. Force then tried to slam the door on officers and pull away from being arrested, but he was detained without further incident. DISPO: Lodged at Corrections. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 09/23/2020 (08:30 PM) LOCATION: 700 Block Kane, Roseburg INCIDENT: Reckless Driving CASE #: 204166 PERSON(S): (S) Saldago, Jennifer Lee (53) Roseburg, (V) Kruse, Morgan Jean (18) Roseburg CHARGE(S): Saldago – Reckless Driving, No Operator's License VEHICLE(S): (Saldago) D72936 Black 2018 Toyota Camry, (Kruse) 086FYC Silver 2011 Kia Optima DETAIL(S): Saldago allegedly fell asleep while driving on Kane Street. She crashed into Kruse's parked car, pushing the car into the deck of a nearby office building causing damage. Saldago's car was towed by Roseburg Towing, and Kruse's car was towed by Marshall's Towing. DISPO: Traffic Collision.
