Several complaints have come in from residents off of NE Stephens about a growing camp filled with trash and bicycles. Also, travelers on I-5 have reported seeing a man pooping in plain sight of the freeway. After hearing all the reports, Nate Frosland went out to the location to document the situation from the air.
