Lots of activity going on right now at the corner of Stewart Parkway and Harvard. The Roseburg Urban Sanitary District working with a tree crew is clearing a path down towards the river that will be turned into an access road for various local agencies that need to access the area for maintenance. Knife River will be in next to build the gravel road. It will also create easy access for law enforcement to access the bridge to help prevent illegal camping. 🤙
