Dias' light turned green and he entered the intersection when Bagwell, who was traveling south on Stephens, did not stop at the light. Bagwell ran into the front of Dias' car in the middle of the intersection. Both cars were totaled and neither driver was injured. Roseburg Towing responded to tow Dias' car and Bagwell was able to get her car into a parking lot where she called for her own tow. DISPO: Traffic Citation. Hobbs was facing east at the intersection wanting to cross Pine. Hobbs did not see Hegdahl traveling south and ran into the front passenger fender area of her van with his front bumper. Neither party was injured and there was moderate damage to both vehicles. Neither vehicle needed a tow, but Hegdahl's right front tire was flattened. DISPO: Traffic Citation. DETAIL(S): An investigation revealed both vehicles were southbound and traveling in the same lane of travel on Stephens in congested traffic when Craig ran into the back of Boice’s vehicle. VEHICLE(S): DETAIL(S): An investigation revealed Rainwater stormed out of the courthouse and kicked a pile of trash into the road before stomping down the street and striking multiple utilities along the way. An Officer located Nelson and saw he was passed out while still holding the inhalant. He was checked by EMT's and was cited for the offense. DISPO: Cited and Released.
