PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 01/09/2020 (03:00 PM) LOCATION: 2125 Stewart Parkway, Roseburg (Walmart) INCIDENT: Hit and Run CASE #: 196103 PERSON(S): (S) Rollins, Gregory Cornel (70) Canyonville, (V) Walton, Amanda Jo (25) Myrtle Creek CHARGE(S): Rollins – Fail to Perform the Duties of a Driver VEHICLE(S): Rollins - OR 247JSG Blue 2006 Chevrolet Equinox, Walton - OR 956LWU Gray 2019 Toyota Highlander DETAIL(S): On 12/23/2019 Rollins allegedly struck Walton's vehicle in the Walmart parking lot. Rollins never made contact with Walton, left a note on her vehicle, or called dispatch to report the incident. A witness took pictures of Rollins and posted them on Facebook. Rollins was later identified, contacted and cited for the incident. DISPO: Cited and Released. CHARGE(S): Theft II VEHICLE(S): DETAIL(S): Barnes concealed several articles of clothing underneath his own and ran from a Wal-Mart employee but returned the merchandise outside. Officers contacted Barnes outside the store and recovered another piece of merchandise. DISPO: Cited and Released.
