Info Requested From Small Biz in County Impacted By Covid-19

DOUGLAS COUNTY, Ore. - Douglas County Emergency Management is collecting information from small businesses in Douglas County who may be financially suffering due to the impacts of the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic. The information is being compiled and will be provided to the Oregon Office of Emergency Management in the event that Governor Brown requests assistance from the U.S. Small Business Administration's (SBA) Economic Injury Disaster Loan Program (EIDL). The EIDL can provide low-interest working capital loans to small businesses, small agricultural cooperatives and most private non-profit organizations. The loans cannot be made to governmental entities, including tribes. Further information may be found at https://www.sba.gov/disaster-assistance/coronavirus-covid-19. Those eligible for the program in Douglas County are asked to fill out the form found at www.dcso.com/covid19_sba.pdf and return it by email to dcso.pio@co.douglas.or.us or by US Mail to: Douglas County Sheriff's Office Attn: Wayne Stinson 1036 SE Douglas Ave. Roseburg, OR 97470 Those completing the form should be aware there is no guarantee of funding at this time.
