California just announced a statewide stay at home mandate for its 40 million residents. People are to stay inside as much as possible, though people can go outside for walks, or to the bank, grocery store and doctors office etc. “Mr. Newsom said that most retail shops, including indoor malls, are being ordered shut across the state. Also closed are most corporate offices. Banks, grocery stores, pharmacies, laundromats and some other businesses are exempted.” For more on the California order - https://www.nytimes.com/2020/03/19/us/California-stay-at-home-order-virus.html Douglas County Parks have dropped their day use fee for the next month or so according to a release sent out today. I want to share this incredible free book for kids to help them understand more about what's going on right now. I highly recommend all parents getting it and reading it with your kids! It's helpful for adults too, and will give you some quality time together as a family. https://roseburg.jointracker.com/posts/5e7394f9109ade0004d301cb
