Mc Faul's light turned green and she proceeded to turn left onto NW Edenbower Blvd and was struck by Dobbins. Dobbins said she hit the gas instead of the brake and accidentally drove straight into Mc Faul's vehicle. Mc Faul was transported to Mercy Medical Center via ambulance with complaint of back pain. Today he went onto their property asking for food, and they told him to leave numerous times. After being escorted off of the property he went over to Big Lots and loitered on their property under the "No Trespassing" signs. During the incident he caused alarm to numerous people at the business and dented the door of a vehicle parked next to him with the door of his vehicle. He sat on their front porch and refused to leave after being told to leave the property. Both males fought in the front yard. Jonah bit River several times during the altercation. River also had several scrapes and bruises, which were photographed. Jonah was placed under arrest and transported to Corrections. Ian was advised that although he had a green light, D1 did as well and he was not in a protected left hand turn lane and needed to yield to D1. DISPO: Ian was cited for Dangerous Left Turn. He refused to exit the vehicle. Officers used pepper spray to Sesssion out of the vehicle but it was not affective. Officer Tased Sessions and took him into custody without further incident. When confronted by loss prevention outside, Jessica maced the employee and Jose began to flee. Another employee confronted Jose, who then threatened the employee with a hatchet. Officers checked the area but were ultimately unable to locate Jose. Jessica was arrested and lodged at Corrections for the above charges. DISPO: Investigation ongoing, pending contact with Garcia.
