PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 04/01/2020 (04:00 PM) LOCATION: 511 Garden Valley, Roseburg (McDonalds) INCIDENT: Hit and Run CASE #: 201398 PERSON(S): (S) Vanderhoef, Zachary (26) Roseburg, (V) Coleman, Ashley (25) Myrtle Creek CHARGE(S): Vanderhoef - Fail to Perform the Duties of a Driver VEHICLE(S): Coleman - 2009 grey Kia Optima (OR 388ENB), Vanderhoef - 2004 Dodge Ram 3500 (OR 542CPT) DETAIL(S): Coleman reported her vehicle damaged while parked at McDonalds on 03/18/20. An Officer obtained video of the incident and the suspect vehicle but couldn't read the license plate. After posting the photo to Facebook, citizens identified the suspect as Vanderhoef. He was contacted and charged with the listed offense. DISPO: Cited and Released. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 04/01/2020 (07:00 PM) LOCATION: 327 Garden Valley, Roseburg INCIDENT: Criminal Mischief CASE #: 201412 PERSON(S): (S) Curton, Gregory Alan (65) Roseburg CHARGE(S): Criminal Mischief II VEHICLE(S): DETAIL(S): Officers contacted Curton as he locked himself into the bathroom at the restaurant. Curton wouldn't open the door for staff or the officers once they arrived. A locksmith came to open the door and had to break the lock in the process. After the door was opened Curton was taken into custody. DISPO: Cited and Released. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 04/01/2020 (07:30 PM) LOCATION: Winchester / Nash, Roseburg INCIDENT: Probation Violation CASE #: 201413 PERSON(S): (S) Linderman, Larry Jay (59) Roseburg CHARGE(S): Probation Violation VEHICLE(S): DETAIL(S): Officers contacted Linderman after he stood in the roadway yelling and flipping off several individuals across the street. He was heavily intoxicated and was taken into custody per his Probation Officer’s request. DISPO: Cited and Released.
