The gas attendant told him they did not have a restroom for him to use, so Allison pulled his pants down and defecated in the parking lot. DISPO: Cited and Released. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 04/14/2020 (04:14 AM) LOCATION: 725 Lane, Roseburg (Creative Media) INCIDENT: Burglary CASE #: 201571 PERSON(S): (S) Blumenthal, Brock William (30) Transient(V) Creative Media, (V) Bartram, Danny Joe (55) Sutherlin CHARGE(S): Blumenthal – Burglary II, Unauthorized Use of Vehicle, Criminal Mischief I VEHICLE(S): Green 1999 Kawasaki Motorcycle (OR #WRJ486) DETAIL(S): Blumenthal allegedly broke the window out of the Creative Media building and entered the building where he proceeded to steal a motorcycle that was parked inside. He then rode away on the motorcycle prior to police arrival but an Officer found him riding the motorcycle near Mill and Floed. He was stopped and arrested without incident. The motorcycle was returned to the owner. DISPO: Cited and Released.
