PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 04/15/2020 (03:00 PM) LOCATION: Edenbower / Stewart Parkway, Roseburg INCIDENT: Criminal Mischief CASE #: 201207 PERSON(S): (S) Dixon, Keith Allen (32) Roseburg, (V) Hveem, Debra Sue (62) Roseburg CHARGE(S): Dixon - Criminal Mischief II VEHICLE(S): Dixon - OR 375LWE Green Subaru Outback, Hveem - OR 311LHD White 2014 Toyota 4Runner DETAIL(S): On 03/16 Dixon and Hveem were traveling north on Edenbower from Stewart Parkway where the two lanes merge into one. Dixon was in the left lane and Hveem was in the right lane. Dixon felt Hveem should have let him in, and became upset when he was not granted access to her lane. Hveem got into the left turn lane on Edenbower at Broad. When Dixon passed Hveem, he threw a plastic milk bottle at the passenger side of Hveem's vehicle. The impact caused a small dent and some colored scuffs. Dixon was contacted on this day and cited for the incident. DISPO: Cited and Released.
