CHARGE(S): Theft III VEHICLE(S): DETAIL(S): O'Neill was found in the Walmart parking lot after an employee of the Sportsman's Warehouse reported a male suspect matching his description had fled across the roadway after stealing a black Pelican case from Sportsman’s.
