He was camping next to the river and was issued his third exclusion notice.Ball was contacted under the bridge. Smith’s license was found to be suspended. Smith’s vehicle was towed and Green’s was driven from the scene. There were no reported injuries. DISPO: Traffic Collision. Officers placed him in handcuffs and began transporting him to Corrections. On the way to Corrections, O'Neill kicked out the Plexiglas divider in the patrol vehicle. DISPO: Lodged at Corrections.
