The vehicle she struck was driven by Little, who then began to follow Peterson. Little kept updating dispatch on their location and at one point told dispatch she believed the female driver was intoxicated based on her driving. Peterson ended up pulling into the 1 Am Market at 1931 NE Stephens, and was contacted their by officers. Peterson displayed signs of alcohol impairment and was arrested on the listed charges. Little had two minor passengers in her vehicle, none of them were injured. DISPO: Cited and Released. He attempted to conceal a firearm inside of an enclosed dumpster area by kicking it underneath the gate. The firearm was located and found to be stolen. Chandler is also a convicted felon.
