When employees told him to leave, he threw a muffin at them and left the store on foot. Blake was found near the business and arrested for the above crimes. Michael’s parole officer was contacted and they authorized he be lodged for parole violation. DISPO: Lodged at Corrections PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 06/10/2020 (09:15 PM) LOCATION: 1350 NE Stephens, Roseburg INCIDENT: DUII CASE #: 202547 PERSON(S): Bissonnette, Ronald (56) Roseburg CHARGE(S): Driving Under the Influence-Alcohol, Driving While Suspended-Violation, Driving Uninsured, Fail to Drive within Lane VEHICLE(S): 2000 Maroon Chevrolet S10 DETAIL(S): Officer conducted a traffic stop on Ronald after observing him weaving in his lane, missing the entrance to China Buffet and almost causing an accident. He showed signs of impairment and consented to SFST's, which he performed poorly on and he was taken into custody. Ronald provided a breath sample showing a BAC of .04%. There were no DRE's available for further testing. DISPO: Cited and Released. She was taken into custody and transported to Winston Police Department where she refused to provide a BAC.
