The officer arrived and contacted two people who were able take the child out of the roadway and release him to his mother, Bauer. An investigation revealed the 3 year old and an 18 month old were left alone in the home while Bauer allegedly drove her husband to work. Child Welfare responded to the home. Durall was one of the people contacted and was found to be intoxicated in violation of his Parole and had a failed to report to his Parole Officer. Additionally, it was discovered that Durall was kicked out of the Mission over two weeks prior and had failed to register a new address within 10 days, as required for his sex offender registration. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 06/11/2020 (06:00 PM) LOCATION: 500 Block Lane, Roseburg INCIDENT: Disorderly Conduct CASE #: 202565 PERSON(S): (S) Resendez, Manuel (34) Roseburg CHARGE(S): Disorderly Conduct II VEHICLE(S): DETAIL(S): Several callers reported a disorderly subject at the Mission. It was reported that 3 men were fighting in the street. When officers arrived they found Resendez was yelling and ignoring police instructions. He was detained without incident and placed into the back of a patrol car. Witnesses said Resendez was asked to leave the Mission and became upset and approached several people wanting to fight. He punched a wall prior to police arrival but there was no physical contact with anyone else. DISPO: Cited and Released.
