Jamie collided with the roll-up garage door, putting a dent in the front of it. Jamie also backed into a vehicle parked in the street belonging to them. When officers arrived in the area Jamie was still driving in the street in front of the residence. Jamie displayed signs of alcohol impairment and she was arrested for DUII Alcohol. She was additionally charged with reckless endangering for causing danger to her family inside the residence. DISPO: Cited and Released. While at the location she threw something at Billy hitting him. She threatened to kill both Billy and Teresa and left a threatening note. He then yelled at James calling him a baby killer. Rodgers fled the scene and was found a short time later trespassing on the railroad tracks along Airport Road. Thompson pinged the phone to an address on Hickory Street. Officers knew Bowden lived at that location and called him. Bowden denied stealing the phone from Thompson’s vehicle, but instead said he found it. DISPO: Cited and Released. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 06/15/2020 (06:00 PM) LOCATION: 800 Block Highland, Roseburg (Gaddis Park) INCIDENT: Disorderly subject CASE #: 202626 PERSON(S): (S) Birdsell, Steven B (55) Roseburg CHARGE(S): Disorderly Conduct II, Interfering with Police VEHICLE(S): DETAIL(S): Officers responded to Gaddis Park after Birdsell was reported to be in the area harassing young children during their baseball practice. When an officer attempted contact, Birdsell hid an opened blade knife at his hip before turning and running towards the river. At one point, Birdsell stopped at one of the fields and told the officer to shoot him because he wasn't giving up his knife. Birdsell refused to comply with officer's commands and eventually made his way down an embankment where he "slashed" his knife towards officers presumably to keep their distance. After a short standoff, and with the assistance of multiple agencies and K9 Ozzy, Birdsell complied and was taken into custody without further incident. DISPO: Lodged at Corrections.
