The vehicle was parked within 25 feet of the residence in which she is restrained from. Kendra sustained a small bump above her eyebrow that she claims was caused when Valerie hit her with a car club. Valerie was bleeding from the top of her head from Kendra allegedly throwing a dresser drawer at her. Both were cleared by medical and wanted to pursue charges. Rice was making a left turn from Oakland onto Stephens to travel south on Stephens. Rice pulled out and hit the passenger side of Annunzio's vehicle when he was passing the intersection.
