She consented to SFSTs and performed poorly. Inside her vehicle a usable amount of heroin was located. Officer transported her to WPD where she provided a BAC of .00%. She refused a DRE but provided urine. Roy was cited and released on scene for harassment and parties separated. D2 was able to drive his truck from the scene, and D1’s family moved the other vehicle out of the roadway. D1 was cited for the above offenses and both parties exchanged information. No prosecution was desired regarding the disturbance, but the listed warrants were located for Nicholas, who was taken into custody and transported to Mercy for complaints of chest pain. When officers arrived, the victim’s left eye was bloodshot, watery, and noticeably closed more than his right eye which impaired his ability to see. Valdez admitted to dumping water on the victim because he was angry. DISPO: Cited and Released. The victim attempted to call 911, but Eric took her cell phone and ripped the cords out of the home phone to stop her from calling, which Eric admitted to.
