Morford got off on Interstate 5 at Edenbower Boulevard. Morford was stopped at the light waiting to make a left turn onto Edenbower with no one in front of him.Once the light turned green, Morford proceeded through the intersection as he made a left turn onto the Edenbower overpass the rear trailer of Morford's truck began to tip halfway through the intersection. The trailer tipped all the way over as it entered the overpass and the load of logs struck the overpass railing and fencing. The railing, fencing, and sidewalk were all damaged from the collision. Morofrd was uninjured and a self-loader responded to pick up the logs. The eastbound lane of Edenbower was closed over the overpass for about two hours with the assistance of ODOT. CHARGE(S): Violation of Restraining Order. VEHICLE(S): DETAIL(S): Pursuant to Officer Corder's initial report of July 17th, 2020, Fuller was contacted and detained on the listed charge. After Miller walked away from his truck and went into Video Games Plus, the vehicle rolled backwards through the entire parking lot. The vehicle crossed Dixon Street, and went into the parking lot across the street where it struck Hudson's parked vehicle. Each vehicle sustained minimal damage and information was exchanged. Perelli said the sixth time he called 911 was to tell the emergency dispatchers he was okay. DISPO: Cited and Released.
