PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 07/21/2020 (10:13 AM) LOCATION: NW Stewart Parkway & NW Renann Roseburg INCIDENT: Injury Traffic Crash CASE #: 203162 PERSON(S): (D1C) McClain, Pamela Kaye (64) Roseburg, (DR2) Fitch, Robert Glen (52) Roseburg CHARGE(S): McClain: Following Too Closely VEHICLE(S): McClain: Maroon 2017 Ford Escape, Fitch: Gray 2001 GMCV Sierra 2500 DETAIL(S): Fitch was stopped in the inside lane of Stewart Parkway with traffic in front of him at the intersection with Renann (Southbound). McClain was traveling south in the inside lane behind Fitch and was distracted. McClain was unable to stop in time and ran into the back bumper of Fitch's truck. Fitch complained of back pain. McClain appeared to have an injured hand. Roseburg Towing towed McClain's vehicle and Fitch was able to drive his away. DISPO: Cited and Released PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 07/21/2020 (10:00 PM) LOCATION: 2700 NW Stewart Parkway INCIDENT: Criminal Trespass CASE #: 203178 PERSON(S): Morris, Thomas (09/1951) Roseburg CHARGE(S): Criminal Trespass in the Second Degree VEHICLE(S): DETAIL(S): Officer contacted Morris after he refused to leave Mercy Medical Center (MMC) property upon discharged. Morris has been warned of trespass several times in the past by MMC security but still refused to comply. DISPO: Cited and Released PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 07/21/2020 (11:40 PM) LOCATION: 920 SE Stephens, Roseburg INCIDENT: Burglary CASE #: 203079 PERSON(S): Acosta, Adrian Alexander (30), Roseburg CHARGE(S): Burglary I, Assault IV VEHICLE(S): DETAIL(S): Acosta was a suspect in a previous case which he entered Bobby Shivers apartment uninvited and punched Shivers multiple times causing injuries to Shivers eye. Acosta was located near the back of the Scoreboard Tavern and was questioned regarding the incident. The second and third level of the Overpark are closed to anyone without parking permits and there are no trespassing signs posted at every entrance. DISPO: Cited and Released
