Hauck was traveling east on Garden Valley and was in the turn lane to make a left turn into Banner Bank (the intersection with NE Walnut). Both drivers claimed they had a green light and proceeded into the intersection, where they collided.Arter's vehicle sustained heavy damage to the front passenger side and was not drivable. Hauck's vehicle sustained moderate damage to the passenger rear bed side and bumper, but was still drivable. Neither party was injured. Morgan's friend stopped and spoke with me but Morgan took off running away from the scene. Officers located Morgan in the backyard of the listed location after he jumped a 7 foot chain link fence.
