CHARGE(S): VEHICLE(S): 2005 Chrysler PT Cruiser; OR plate 702KRP. DETAIL(S): Savage’s vehicle drifted off the roadway and struck some bushes. It is unknown what caused her to leave the roadway, she was transported to Mercy via ambulance for evaluation. There was no evidence of impairment. DISPO: Traffic Collision. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 09/10/2020 (05:45 AM) LOCATION: 800 Highland, Roseburg INCIDENT: City Ordinance Violation CASE #: 203950 PERSON(S): (S) Holcomb, Douglas (52) Transient CHARGE(S): Outdoor Burning VEHICLE(S): DETAIL(S): Officers responded to Gaddis Park to assist fire personnel in finding a camp fire along the river. They contacted Holcomb, who had a fire going in his camp under some tarp material and very close to the bushes along the bank. The fire was extinguished. DISPO: Cited and Released.
