Bush just exited off I5, and was stopped at a red light as the first vehicle, while she waited to cross onto Mulholland.Braun approached the intersection but was unable to see the traffic light due to sun glare, but proceeded through the intersection anyway. As soon as Bush's light turned green, she proceeded into the intersection and was T-boned by Braun as he passed through the intersection. Braun well of complaining of pain to his side and head. Braun was transported to Mercy Medical Center via ambulance, and Bush claimed she was uninjured. Both vehicles appeared to be totaled and were towed by Roseburg Towing. DISPO: Traffic Collision. He was contacted and charged with Criminal Trespass. DISPO: Cited and Released. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 09/29/2020 (02:45 PM) LOCATION: 247 Garden Valley, Roseburg INCIDENT: Shoplifting CASE #: 204236 PERSON(S): (S) Lozes, Timothy Fredrick (59) Transient CHARGE(S): Theft III, Criminal Trespass I VEHICLE(S): DETAIL(S): On the evening of 09/28 Lozes went inside the store, after he was previously trespassed. An employee stopped Lozes outside the store and told Lozes he was not welcome inside. Lozes argued, and went inside anyway, where he selected $12 worth of merchandise and left without paying for any of it. Lozes was contacted today in the downtown area, where he was cited and released on the above charges. DISPO: Cited and Released. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 09/29/2020 (06:49 PM) LOCATION: 1300 Block Commercial, Roseburg INCIDENT: Menacing CASE #: 204250 PERSON(S): (S) Easter, Andrew D (41) Roseburg, (V) Seeley, Zachary (19) Roseburg CHARGE(S): Easter – Menacing VEHICLE(S): DETAIL(S): An investigation of a disturbance at the residence revealed Easter placed Seeley in fear of serious injury by threatening him and chasing him across the house then trying to break into the locked bedroom. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 09/29/2020 (09:15 PM) LOCATION: 433 NE Stephens, Roseburg INCIDENT: DUII Controlled Substance CASE #: 204253 PERSON(S): (S) Vey, Stephanie Nicole (47) Wolf Creek CHARGE(S): DUII Controlled Substance VEHICLE(S): Blue 2006 Chrysler Pt Cruiser (CA 6CCE386) DETAIL(S): Vey was called in as a driving complaint. An officer saw her driving north on Stephens in the bike lane traveling at approximately 20 MPH near Diamond Lake Blvd. She was contacted during a subsequent traffic stop, where she parked sideways across two parking spots at Dairy Queen. Vey displayed signs of impairment and was arrested for DUII Controlled Substance. Here vehicle was released to a sober driver. DISPO: Cited and Released. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 09/29/2020 (11:40 PM) LOCATION: 1400 Block NE Stephens, Roseburg INCIDENT: DUII CASE #: 204251 PERSON(S): (S) Dubuc, David A (18) Roseburg CHARGE(S): DUII Controlled Substance VEHICLE(S): Black 2007 Mazda CX7 - 568JZF DETAIL(S): Dubuc was contacted during a traffic stop and he displayed signs of impairment. He was arrested for DUII Controlled Substance and was additionally cited for driving with a suspended license. DISPO: Cited and Released.
