Aenis' vehicle jumped the curb and crashed into the building causing damage. There were no injuries. Robinson tried to break up the fight, but Fairbanks thought Robinson was attacking Atherton. Fairbanks pointed his 1911 pistol at Robinson in order to stop the fight, but continued to point it at Robinson after the fight was over. All individuals involved were extremely intoxicated. During the incident the officer found that John had thrown rocks, striking the victim. John was found to have the above warrants for his arrest. Daniel was previously warned on approximately five other occasions about causing alarm with the very realistic looking firearm. Daniel was cited and released for Disorderly Conduct II. The firearm was booked in at the Roseburg Police Department. When officers arrived they learned Kristina also had a misdemeanor warrant for her arrest issued by the Douglas County Circuit Court for Contempt of Court. She was cited and released for both offenses. The vehicle was located nearby and Isaiah was seen by multiple people driving the vehicle. He was visibly intoxicated and admitted to drinking. Isaiah refused to perform SFSTs and refused to provide a breath sample. DISPO: Isaiah was cited and released at his residence. The listed vehicle was towed from the scene by Roseburg Towing. McGrew consented to SFST's and performed poorly. He was transported to Winston PD where he provided a breath sample of .09% BAC. A sober driver picked him up from Winston PD. Officer located her and she denied the theft even though she admitted it to the manager. She was issued a citation and released. Officer responded to the location and found feces. Harry was located under the pavilion and admitted to defecating behind the bush. Harry said he couldn't hold it and had to go, even though the restrooms were nearby. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 10/11/2020 (05:39 PM) LOCATION: 2100 block NW Stewart Parkway, Roseburg INCIDENT: Non-Injury Traffic Crash CASE #: 204426 PERSON(S): (D1) Futrell, Jaycob Ryan (20) Roseburg CHARGE(S): Careless Driving VEHICLE(S): 2007 Subaru Legacy DETAIL(S): Jaycob was at the intersection of the Walmart entrance and NW Stewart Parkway when he made a left turn onto the northbound lanes of traffic. He ultimately veered to the left and drove over the curb, through the guard rail along Stewart Parkway. Jaycob was not injured, was cleared medically, and showed no signs of impairment.The vehicle sustained heavy front end damage and was towed from the scene. Khaila Tollefson was involved in the disturbance and left prior to our arrival. During the investigation Khalia returned to the scene and showed signs of impairment. Khaila consented to SFST's and performed poorly. She was taken to the Winston Police Department where she provided a breath sample of .03% BAC. The BAC was not consistent with observations. No DRE was available but urine was collected. DISPO: Cited and released.
