The officers learned that during an argument O’Neill allegedly pushed Loveday to the ground outside of their house. She fell to the ground cutting her hand and bruising her knee on some large rocks. O’Neill wasn’t located that night. On this day he was located and arrested on the listed charge. DISPO: Lodged at Corrections. She said that Brown was staying next door and started to argue with her. Brown was arrested, as the restraining order prohibits any contact with Simpson. DISPO: Lodged at Corrections. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 10/15/2020 (12:28 AM) LOCATION: 760 Garden Valley, Roseburg INCIDENT: Warrant Arrest CASE #: 204467 PERSON(S): (S) Sager, Justin W (28) Cave Junction CHARGE(S): Warrant – Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle x 5 (Josephine County), Warrant – Unlawful Possession of a Firearm (Josephine County), Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine, Criminal Possession of Forged Instrument VEHICLE(S): 2002 Lexus IS3, OR plate 239KTD DETAIL(S): Officers investigating a disturbance in the area contacted Sager and he was found to possess Methamphetamine and some forged checks. DISPO: Cited and Released.
