The female, Ridgley, was contacted near The Landing on Edenbower. She tried to block pedestrians from moving down the sidewalk while Officers were talking to her. After a brief struggle, and some assistance from a citizen, Ridgley was arrested without further incident. DISPO: Lodged at Corrections. Employees advised officers Watkins drove to the location, leaving her car parked in the baggage drop off area of the hotel entrance. Lucinda displayed signs of alcohol impairment, and she was arrested for DUII. DISPO: Cited and Released. Nole couldn't stand on his own and fell in the parking lot. Nole was contacted and displayed signs of alcohol impairment. He was arrested for DUII Alcohol and his dog was taken to his residence at Nole’s request. DISPO: Cited and Released. (DCSO)GLENDALE, Ore. - A Glendale man was arrested on rape charges on Tuesday evening. On Monday, November 2, 2020, the Sheriff's Office took a report of a sexual assault. The assault had taken place on Monday, October 27, 2020, in the 100-block of Fourth Street in Glendale. During the investigation, it was revealed that 20-year old Irving Gerardo Gaytan of Glendale had sexual contact with an adult female known to him; without her consent while she was sleeping. On Tuesday, November 3, 2020, Gaytan was arrested and lodged in the Douglas County Jail on the following charges: First Degree Rape First Degree Sexual Abuse
