Neither driver was able to explain what they believed caused the accident and witnesses did not remain on scene. Michelle was transported to the hospital with minor injuries. The Ford Fusion was still in the middle of the intersection where the crash happened and the Nissan 300z was parked in the parking lot at Grocery Outlet.The investigation concluded the driver of the Nissan, Coffland did not stop at the red traffic signal while he was driving west on Harvard. When he ran the red light, he struck the driver side of the Ford Fusion which was in the intersection waiting to turn east on Harvard. There were no reported injuries and both vehicles were towed from the scene. DISPO: Traffic Collision. The investigation concluded that Christilaw-Cutting made a left hand turn from the right lane of Pine, turning in front of the Chevrolet Tahoe thus causing the collision.
