CHARGE(S): Robbery III VEHICLE(S): DETAIL(S): Pursuant to an investigation of a shoplifting incident the day prior, Ogden-Sanders was identified as the suspect and arrested on the premise that he threatened multiple employees in furtherance of retaining the stolen property. During the altercation, Blake threw a tennis ball at Noelle leaving a large red mark on her upper right arm. She consented to field sobriety tests and was unable to follow instructions due to her level of impairment. She was transported to Winston PD where she provided a breath sample of .20% BAC.Peters was a passenger in the vehicle and was found to be the respondent in a Restraining Order out of California, with Taylor being the petitioner. DISPO: Vehicle towed by Roseburg Towing. Taylor cited and released. Peters lodged at Corrections. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 11/15/2020 (03:15 AM) LOCATION: 2553 NW Stewart Pkwy, Roseburg (Sherm’s) INCIDENT: Robbery CASE #: 204937 PERSON(S): Cornutt, Jason (35) Roseburg, Edwards, Cory (33) Roseburg CHARGE(S): Robbery in the Third Degree, Harassment, Theft in the Third Degree VEHICLE(S): DETAIL(S): Loss Prevention employee, Cory, saw Jason taking produce from the outdoor area at Sherm’s. Cory attempted to stop Jason and get the produce back. Jason tried to hit Cory but missed, and they both ended up on the ground. Once they were on the ground, Jason got on top of Cory and pinned him down. Other store employees responded to assist until the police arrived. The officer contacted the drivers in the parking lot at Sportsman's Warehouse. The investigation revealed that D1 had turned left (southbound) onto Stewart Parkway in front of D2. D2 did not have time to stop and collided with V1. DISPO: No injuries or vehicle tows. Citation Issued PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 11/15/2020 (10:30 PM) LOCATION: 2700 NW Stewart Parkway, Roseburg (Mercy) INCIDENT: Menacing CASE #: 204649 PERSON(S): Gray, Daniel Reginald (45) Roseburg, Martin, Janice Marie (64) Roseburg, Hutchings, Hayden Dee (28) Sutherlin CHARGE(S): Menacing X2, Unlawful Use of a Weapon, Disorderly Conduct II, Resisting Arrest, Interfering with a Peace Officer VEHICLE(S): DETAIL(S): Gray was admitted into Mercy Medical Center where he became confrontational with staff members. Gray was discharged almost immediately and Mercy Security escorted him out of the building. Gray turned around and threatened the security employees with a knife before fleeing towards Stewart Parkway. Gray was found in the parking lot of K-Mart and was taken into custody without incident DISPO: Lodged at Corrections PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 11/16/2020 (12:15 AM) LOCATION: 2125 NW Stewart Parkway, Roseburg (Walmart) INCIDENT: Theft CASE #: 204948 PERSON(S): Miller, David L (06/1974) Roseburg, Baynes, Shana L (09/1974) Roseburg, Myers, Leslie A (03/1955) Sutherlin CHARGE(S): Theft II VEHICLE(S): DETAIL(S): Leslie Myers reported her phone/wallet was stolen from Walmart. The tracking feature on the phone led officers to the hillside behind 2500 NW Medical Park Drive where they contacted David Miller and Shana Baynes. The subjects were in possession of the phone and admitted to finding it at Walmart and not returning it right away. DISPO: Cited and Released
