She swerved and collided with a picket fence and ended up high centered on a small retaining wall., West was checked by Umpqua Valley Ambulance, but not injured. Officers returned to the house within 10 minutes after Jamison confronted his neighbors. He was extremely confrontational with officers and refused to quiet down for the night.
