A few seconds later King walked to the register and allegedly grabbed the money clip and took it out to his vehicle. King stole cash out of the money clip, then walked back into the store and threw the wallet in an aisle. DISPO: Cited and Released. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 01/07/2021 (04:05 PM) LOCATION: Garden Valley / Troost, Roseburg INCIDENT: Injury Traffic Crash CASE #: 210093 PERSON(S): (D1) Engle, Mark Daniel (68) Roseburg, (D2) Gish, Fatima Pelobello (68) Winston CHARGE(S): Engle: Dangerous Left Turn VEHICLE(S): Engle: OR VXH410 Blue 1998 Ford F-150, Gish: OR VHB676 Silver 1996 Ford Windstar DETAIL(S): Engle was traveling west on Garden Valley and began a left turn on a flashing yellow arrow onto Troost. Engle did not see Gish traveling east on Garden Valley in the outside lane. Gish ran into the passenger side of Engle’s vehicle, causing the F-150 to roll onto its driver's side.Engle had to be extricated by Roseburg Fire personnel, and was he transported via ambulance to Mercy. Gish claimed she was uninjured. Both vehicles were totaled and Roseburg Towing took both. DISPO: Traffic Collision. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 01/07/2021 (04:50 PM) LOCATION: Diamond Lake / Stephens, Roseburg INCIDENT: Assault CASE #: 210094 PERSON(S): (S) Byers, Walter Ray (50) Roseburg, (V) Peterson, Lindsay Kathline (31) Roseburg CHARGE(S): Byers – Assault II, Unlawful Use of a Weapon, Reckless Endangering VEHICLE(S): DETAIL(S): Byers allegedly shot Peterson in the head with a pellet rifle on 1/6/2021 after an argument. Evidence discovered during the investigation corroborated Peterson’s claims. DISPO: Lodged at Corrections. Karbo allegedly had one of her neighbors sell the contents of the stolen package on Facebook marketplace. DISPO: Cited and Released. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 01/08/2021 (01:25 AM) LOCATION: Edenbower / Stewart Parkway, Roseburg INCIDENT: Warrant Arrest CASE #: 210096 PERSON(S): (S) Adams, Courtney Ann (24) Roseburg CHARGE(S): DWS Misdemeanor, Warrant – Failure to Appear (Douglas County Circuit Court), Warrant – Failure to Appear (Douglas County Circuit Court), Warrant – Criminal Trespass I (Albany Municipal Court) VEHICLE(S): Silver 1994 Honda Prelude 803HDQ DETAIL(S): Adams was contacted during a traffic stop and her license was found to be misdemeanor suspended in Oregon.
