He was allegedly distracted and did not notice his light was red until he was in the intersection. He collided with Patterson-Vicino’s truck as Patterson-Vicino entered the intersection from the Garden Valley Shopping Center, with the intent to turn left on Garden Valley on a green light.The two vehicles collided in the intersection, causing minor damage to both.
