VEHICLE(S): DETAIL(S): Shari and Phillip left two children unattended, for approximately 20 minutes, in their vehicle while they went into Walmart. DISPO: Shari and Phillip were issued criminal citations and released on scene. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 03/04/2021 (12:24 PM) LOCATION: 2100 Block NE Klamath Ave., Roseburg INCIDENT: Recovered Stolen CASE #: 210952 PERSON(S): (VIC) Collins, Zachary Vincent 39yo Canyonville CHARGE(S): VEHICLE(S): (REC) OR 019HPB White 2006 Ford F-350 Dually DETAIL(S): Collins' truck was stolen from Gene's Brake and Alignment one to two weeks prior. A suspicious person in the neighborhood at the east dead end of Klamath called the vehicle in today as suspicious as it was parked there for at least one week. A records check revealed the vehicle was stolen.The vehicle contained tens of thousands of dollars worth of tools and hydraulic hoses, which all appeared to have been untouched by the suspect(s). DISPO: RPD records removed the vehicle as stolen. Roseburg Towing responded and towed the vehicle to Walker Brothers, as the ignition was damaged during the theft. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 03/04/2021 (01:00 PM) LOCATION: 2071 NE Stephens, Roseburg INCIDENT: Theft/DWS-M CASE #: 210980, 210917, 210598, 210883 PERSON(S): (S)-Geisler, James (37) Roseburg, (V)-Gerretsen's Building Supply CHARGE(S): Driving While Suspended-Misdemeanor, Driving Uninsured, Theft in the Second Degree (x2), Theft in the First Degree VEHICLE(S): 1976 green GMC (OR-JMJ075) DETAIL(S): Officer saw James leaving Mt. Nebo trailer park knowing he was both DWS-M and a suspect in recent lumber thefts from the above business. Officer stopped James and he admitted to numerous thefts from the business. James took the officer back to his house where he built a new deck from the wood. James disassembled the deck and the wood was returned to Gerretsen's. DISPO: James was cited/released on the above charges. Not all of the lumber was located. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 03/04/2021 (05:51 PM) LOCATION: 1831 NW Dogwood St, Roseburg INCIDENT: Menacing CASE #: 210992 PERSON(S): (S) Grigoruk, Lena Marie (52) Roseburg, (V) Ohlsen, Eric James (68) Roseburg CHARGE(S): Lena:, 1) Menacing, 2) Resisting Arrest VEHICLE(S): DETAIL(S): Lena threatened Eric with a splitting maul after she accused him of stealing her money. Lena's actions placed Eric in fear for his safety. After a brief struggle, Lena was taken into custody. DISPO: Lena was lodged at the jail. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 03/04/2021 (06:20 PM) LOCATION: Stolen: 1532 SE Stephens Street (J&J Market), Recovered: 2455 West Harvard Avenue INCIDENT: UUV and Recovered Stolen CASE #: 210989 PERSON(S): (VIC) Young, John Charles (57) Roseburg CHARGE(S): VEHICLE(S): Recovered: black 2000 Toyota Echo (CA 5JLY481) DETAIL(S): Officer responded to the reported theft of a black 2000 Toyota Echo (CA 5JLY481) from J&J Market at 1532 SE Stephens Street. The vehicle was recovered approximately one hour later at Rife's Home Furniture at 2455 West Harvard Avenue. DISPO: The vehicle was released to it's owner and removed from LEDS/NCIC. Case pending suspect leads. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 03/04/2021 (08:44 PM) LOCATION: 2011 NE Stephens Street, Roseburg, OR 97470 INCIDENT: Hit and Run CASE #: 210996 PERSON(S): (S) Davis, Shyla Jean (29) Roseburg CHARGE(S): - Failure to Perform the Duties of a Driver (Misdemeanor) VEHICLE(S): 2002 white Jeep Liberty bearing Oregon license 378MNF DETAIL(S): On 3/4/21, and officer responded to Lee's regarding damage to a structural pole on the businesses car port. A white Jeep Liberty had drove head on in to the pole and fled the scene without any attempts to contact the owner.Officer found the vehicle parked in the parking lot of the Vine Street Apartments and later found Shyla Davis was associated with the vehicle. Officer contacted Shyla via phone and she admitted to hitting the pole. DISPO: Shyla was cited and released. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 03/04/2021 (10:50 PM) LOCATION: 161 NE Garden Valley Boulevard, Roseburg INCIDENT: Trespass CASE #: 210995 PERSON(S): (S) Couch, Travis James (33) Roseburg CHARGE(S): Criminal Trespass II VEHICLE(S): DETAIL(S): Couch was reported to be trespassing at the location by security. Couch was located on the property and was cited. DISPO: Couch was reminded that he is trespassed from the location and was cited and released on scene.
