The male was transported to Mercy by EMT's. Male was identified as Nickolas Kaisershot. He landed on a light fixture and broke it off the building and fell the rest of the way to the ground where he landed on an ice machine. He sustained multiple broken ribs and other injuries. DISPO: Nickolas was cited and released for the listed offenses. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 03/11/2021 (01:45 AM) LOCATION: NE Stephens/Clover, Roseburg INCIDENT: FTCP CASE #: 211083 PERSON(S): (S) Bates, Elijah Irvin (25) Roseburg CHARGE(S): Fail to Carry Present License, DWS-V VEHICLE(S): Blue 2004 Saturn Ion 194EPJ DETAIL(S): Officer stopped the listed vehicle for several violations and contacted the male driver, who told me he did not have any ID. Driver was detained for Fail to Present. Driver was identified as Elijah Bates, who was DWS-V. DISPO: Bates was cited and released on scene. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 03/11/2021 (02:50 AM) LOCATION: 247 NW Garden Valley Blvd., Roseburg, OR 97471 INCIDENT: Fugitive CASE #: 211084 PERSON(S): (S) Kytola, Andrea (41) Roseburg CHARGE(S): - Douglas County Circuit Court Warrant for Failure to Appear (Resisting Arrest), - Multnomah County Circuit Court Warrant for Failure to Appear (Criminal Trespass I) VEHICLE(S): DETAIL(S): Officer contacted Andrea during a traffic stop and she was found to have the two aforementioned warrants. DISPO: Andrea was cited and released on both warrants.
