On 26 Feb 2021, Vice Admiral (VADM) Nancy Norton retired after a decorated 34-year career with the US Navy.  VADM Norton is from Oregon, growing up in Coquille and Roseburg. She graduated from Roseburg High School (RHS) in 1982 and went to Portland State University.  VADM Norton's final assignment was as the director of the Pentagon's Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA).
