When officer contacted him, he was heavily intoxicated. He has a probation condition regarding alcohol consumption, so officer called his PO. She wanted him taken to DCC. DETAIL(S): Officers contacted Lance during a traffic stop and learned he had a warrant for his arrest. Lance was taken into custody without incident and transported to Douglas County Corrections.
