Carpenter had a Felony Warrant for his arrest for Failure to Appear, issued by the Douglas County Sheriff’s Department. He was arrested, booked and lodged at Douglas County Corrections. Officer initiated a traffic stop at Dairy Queen, and after the subsequent investigation Robert was cited and released at corrections for driving under the influence of intoxicants. His vehicle was legally parked with the permission of the employees. DISPO: Cleared by citation. VEHICLE(S): 2015 Black Nissan Altima Bearing OR plate # 413LPT DETAIL(S): Officer observed Damewood leaving the parking lot of Rumors. She drove out of the parking lot and proceeded Westbound onto NE Diamond Lake Blvd without coming to a complete stop. Officer stopped her at the above listed location. After the subsequent investigation, Damewood was arrested for driving under the influence of intoxicants. DISPO: Her vehicle was driven from the scene by a licensed driver. Houston grabbed a kitchen knife and stabbed Lander in the right buttock. DISPO: Houston was lodged at DCC and booked for the above listed crimes. He provided false information and was arrested and transported to corrections, where he revealed his true identity. At the conclusion of the investigation, Phillips was arrested for driving under the influence of intoxicants. DISPO: He was lodged at correction and his vehicle was towed by Roseburg Towing. He ultimately refused medical attention and they left. When officer left the scene Randy chased after their patrol car telling them he was going to kill them, then stood in the middle of the road blocking traffic. She threatened to shoot him but never brandished a weapon and Lander stated he wasn't scared but it made him anxious. Gater was high on 1258 and Officers received multiple calls on her throughout the day. When officer attempted to stop Gater she ran across several lanes of traffic on W Harvard and then refused to stop walking when officer told her she was under arrest.Gater put up a brief struggle with officers when we went hands on but was ultimately taken into custody and transported and lodged at the jail. Officers contacted a male (later identified as David Miller) matching the description given from dispatch. Officers yelled at David to stop to talk with them and he sped away from the scene, crossing Harvard without stopping.Officers pursued after David as he drove through stop signs at a high rate of speed. David eventually stopped and parked his truck at a residence in the 700 block of W. Ballf St.During this investigation, they learned David had two firearms inside the vehicle, which were seized as evidence and a passenger who was passed out in the passenger seat. Witnesses confirmed David pointed the firearm at an employee through the drive-thru window.David was arrested on multiple charges, including driving under the influence of intoxicants. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 03/29/2021 (04:46 AM) LOCATION: 1126 SE Pine, Roseburg INCIDENT: Burglary CASE #: 211332 PERSON(S): (S) Ulra, Mars Lee (37) Roseburg, (V) Bacus, Judy Danielle (44) Roseburg CHARGE(S): Burglary I, Theft III VEHICLE(S): DETAIL(S): Officers were called to the residence after Judy arrived home and found Mars inside her residence. She reported he was refusing to leave. She told officers she knew him from other acquaintances, but told officers he had never been to her residence before. She believed he entered through an unlocked back door.Judy said her house was disheveled with stuff strewn about, cigarettes were rolled, and her rum was opened and drank. She believed Mars did all that as she was at the house four hours earlier and the house was cleaned up.While Mars remained unlawfully inside the residence, he grabbed Judy's backpack and put it on his back and told officers it belonged to him. Once the backpack was recovered, paperwork inside of it proved it belonged to Judy. DISPO: Mars was lodged at Douglas County Corrections.
