PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 03/31/2021 (08:10 AM) LOCATION: Reservoir Hill Roseburg INCIDENT: Burglary CASE #: 211363, 211000 PERSON(S): (ARR) Meile, Jonathan Marcus (33) Roseburg, (VIC) City of Roseburg CHARGE(S): Burglary in the Second Degree, Criminal Mischief in the First Degree, Offensive Littering, Roseburg Municipal Court warrant for Failure to appear on a criminal matter, Theft III and Criminal Mischief II VEHICLE(S): DETAIL(S): Jonathan was sleeping in a water control panel room in which he had no right to and had garbage scattered everywhere. Jonathan damaged over $1000 worth of property which included radios, light wiring, and a heater. Jonathan also was found to have a Roseburg Municipal warrant for Failure to appear on a criminal matter, Theft II, Criminal Mischief II. The warrant was confirmed. The warrant was removed from LEDS/NCIC. DISPO: Jonathan was transported to Corrections where he was lodged. Officer arrested Amy Fenton for Trespass 1. DISPO: Amy was lodged at the Douglas County Jail. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 03/31/2021 (04:00 PM) LOCATION: Highway 99 South exit 120 Roseburg INCIDENT: Fugitive CASE #: 211371 PERSON(S): (S) Hood, Michael Lee (38) Roseburg CHARGE(S): Statewide Felony Parole Board warrant for Absconding VEHICLE(S): 1997 green Buick LaSabre OR plate #840DBB DETAIL(S): Michael was contacted during a traffic stop and dispatch advised and confirmed the above listed warrant. Michael's vehicle was released to family and Michael was lodged at corrections. DISPO: Cleared by arrest. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 03/31/2021 (04:20 PM) LOCATION: 930 W Harvard Avenue. INCIDENT: Theft CASE #: 211373 PERSON(S): S-Reeder, Jacob Levi (05/94) Roseburg. CHARGE(S): Theft in the Third Degree, FTA warrant for Criminal Trespass in the Second Degree out of Josephine County Circuit Court. VEHICLE(S): DETAIL(S): Officer contacted Reeder after he stole a few grocery items from Grocery Outlet. Reeder also had the abovementioned cite and release warrant. Reeder was issued multiple citations and released. DISPO: CBA. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 03/31/2021 (05:09 PM) LOCATION: 100 SE Templin Ave. Roseburg INCIDENT: Warrant/Littering CASE #: 211374/210733 PERSON(S): (S) Quigley, Trona Lynn (58) Roseburg CHARGE(S): (1) Roseburg Police Department warrant for Failure to Appear original charge Criminal Trespass II, (2) Offensive Littering VEHICLE(S): DETAIL(S): Officer contacted Trona at her camp near Templin Park regarding garbage being spread out on the ground. Trona said a lot of the items were garbage, she just hasn't got it cleaned up yet. While talking to Trona, Dispatch advised and confirmed the above listed warrant. Trona was lodged at corrections. VEHICLE(S): DETAIL(S): Officers contacted McCall and Bacus together during a landlord tenant issue. McCall thought Bacus had the restraining order against him dropped but she had not. He was arrested and lodged at DCC. DISPO: CBA. Henry had the above warrant and was taken into custody without incident. DISPO: Henry was lodged at corrections.
