The investigation concluded that Pearson changed lanes to avoid hitting a merging vehicle just as Damewood was merging onto the Highway from Pomona Street. DISPO: No citations issued. He crashed into her vehicle and fled the scene, but was located a short distance away. Mary's leg was injured and she was transported to Mercy Medical Center. He started a fire which later caused burn damage to the cement by the front doors.On 4/14/21, Wayne was contacted at the police department where he was arrested on the above incident and was found to have the aforementioned warrant.
