The first pair were sold and the second pair could not be located. DISPO: Cited and released. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 04/19/2021 (09:04 AM) LOCATION: 1539 NE Stephens St Roseburg INCIDENT: Fugitive CASE #: 211664, 201058, 201718 PERSON(S): (S) Geisler, James Carl (37) Roseburg CHARGE(S): Failure to Appear Douglas County Circuit Court warrant Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine, Forgery in the First Degree, Theft in the Second Degree, Theft in the Third Degree VEHICLE(S): DETAIL(S): James was contacted while he was walking into Safeway. James was found to have multiple warrants for his arrest. Dispatch confirmed the warrants. James was transported to Corrections where he was lodged. DISPO: The warrants were removed from LEDS/NCIC. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 04/19/2021 (04:45 PM) LOCATION: 800 NW Highland, Roseburg INCIDENT: Littering CASE #: 211683 PERSON(S): (S) Kinman, Michael Leroy (51) Roseburg CHARGE(S): Offensive Littering VEHICLE(S): DETAIL(S): Michael Kinman has been living in his vehicle in the Gaddis Park parking lot. He has been demolishing his car and leaving the parts in the parking lot and accumulating other trash. His actions have generated numerous complaints and he was cited twice previously. Officer contacted him today and found he had about 50-60lbs, of new trash stacked and strewn next to his vehicle. He was cited again for Offensive Littering, and released. DISPO: Cleared by arrest.
