He was taken into custody and lodged at corrections. DISPO: Lodged at Corrections PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 04/20/2021 (06:22 PM) LOCATION: 700 Block NW Garden Valley BLVD INCIDENT: Non-Injury Crash CASE #: 211699 PERSON(S): (D1) Richards, Matthew Gregory, (D2) Anderson, Amy Michelle CHARGE(S): Richards: Following too close and Driving Uninsured VEHICLE(S): (V1) 2003 Volkswagon Golf (D78736 OR), (V2) 2020 Honda CRV (767MEZ OR) DETAIL(S): Richards rear-ended Anderson's vehicle in the 700 block of NW Garden Valley BLVD. Richards said he had insurance but did not have proof of insurance. Both vehicles were able to drive away from the scene. DISPO: Richards was cited for following too close and driving uninsured PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 04/20/2021 (09:00 PM) LOCATION: 1231 SE Mill St. Roseburg INCIDENT: Trespass CASE #: 211701 PERSON(S): (S) Ann, Cheryle (57) Roseburg, (V) Raiche, Amber (47) Roseburg CHARGE(S): Trespass II VEHICLE(S): DETAIL(S): Cheryle has has been wandering onto her neighbor's property, grabbing onto their door handles and talking at them through the windows. Cheryle was warned multiple times by officers to stay away from Amber's porch, but still went back to leave Amber some cat food. Cheryle was issued a citation for Trespass by Amber's request and officers had to respond a few more times throughout the night to talk Cheryle into going back into her house. DISPO: Cleared by arrest.
