Officer pulled him over and noted Harrison was visibly intoxicated. He consented to SFST's and performed poorly. He was subsequently arrested for driving under the influence of an intoxicant and transported to DCC . DISPO: His car was legally parked and he made arrangements for a licensed driver to pick it up in the morning. Amanda told officers she called 911 on her fiancé Bryan Shadbolt after he was being belligerent inside of their vehicle. Bryan grabbed the cellphone during the 911 call and caused the call to disconnect from dispatch. Bryan was arrested and transported to Douglas County Corrections where he was booked and lodged for Interfering with Making a Report. DISPO: Booked and lodged at corrections.
