Mc Govern is from out of town and thought SE Washington was a two way street. Weekly was traveling west in the left lane next to Mc Govern.Mc Govern made a left turn from the right lane and turned into the passenger side of Weekly's vehicle. Neither driver, or their passengers were injured. Neither vehicle needed a tow and damage was not severe. Samantha told me Eric followed her to that location from the Courthouse. Eric is restrained from any contact with Samantha and from being within 150 feet of her. Eric was later located and taken into custody. He was taken into custody without incident. INCIDENT: Injury Accident CASE #: 211811 PERSON(S): D1: Kuykendall, Angela K (63); Eugene., D2: Bangs, Kristin I (36); Sutherlin. CHARGE(S): Failure to Drive Within Lane VEHICLE(S): V1: 2006 Dodge Caravan, V2: 2015 Nissan Altima DETAIL(S): V1 was turning left onto Garden Valley from the northbound off-ramp while V2 was turning right onto Garden Valley from the southbound Mulholland Street. The two vehicles sideswiped nearer the right lane. DISPO: D1 was cited and released at the scene. V2 was towed by Roseburg Towing while D2 and her passenger were transported to Mercy Medical Center by private vehicle for complaint of neck pain(s). INCIDENT: Criminal Trespass CASE #: 211182 PERSON(S): (S) Chapman, Desirea K (38); Roseburg., (V) Roseburg Value Inn motel. CHARGE(S): 1. Criminal Trespass in the Second Degree;, 2. Probation Violation. VEHICLE(S): DETAIL(S): Investigation revealed Chapman has been prohibited from the premises recently but returned without being specifically invited by a tenant; rather, she knocked on doors until someone let her inside. DISPO: Chapman was detained for trespassing and then lodged as her probation officer also wanted her sanctioned.
