Andrew was arrested for Driving While Suspended Misdemeanor and Parole Violation. Additionally, he was issued several traffic citations. Andrew was booked and lodged at Douglas County Corrections. The internal temperature of the car was well over 108 degrees and Lego was panting heavily. DISPO: Richard was cited and released. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 04/29/2021 (03:51 PM) LOCATION: NE Stephens and NW Edenbower, Roseburg INCIDENT: Non-Injury Traffic Crash CASE #: 211834 PERSON(S): (D1C) Love, Arlyn Ray 64yo, Roseburg, (DR2) Cox, Daniel Lee 46yo, Roseburg CHARGE(S): Love: Following Too Closely VEHICLE(S): Love: OR 720DLB Tan 1994 Honda Accord, Cox: OR 825HFY Green 1999 Jaguar XJR DETAIL(S): Cox was northbound on Stephens in the left turn lane to turn onto Edenbower. Cox was completely stopped when he was rear ended by Love. Neither party was injured, and both vehicles sustained significant damage, but were drivable. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 04/29/2021 (07:39 PM) LOCATION: SE Pine St/SE Stephens St, Roseburg INCIDENT: Traffic Stop CASE #: 211835 PERSON(S): (S) Anderson, Candida Levi (23) Roseburg, (D) Whitehead, Richard Owen (39) Winston CHARGE(S): Candida:, 1) Theft II, 2) Warrant for Failure to Appear for Obstruction (Linn County), Richard:, 1) Driving While Suspended (Violation), 2) Driving Uninsured VEHICLE(S): White Nissan Sentra (OR SLQ384) DETAIL(S): Richard was seen driving near the Senior Center with Candida as a passenger. Richard was known to be suspended and Candida was a suspect in a recent theft from Walmart. Following the traffic stop, Candida was also found to have the listed warrant for her arrest. DISPO: Both subjects were cited and released for several crimes/violations. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 04/29/2021 (08:11 PM) LOCATION: 525 SE Main St. INCIDENT: DUII CASE #: 211840 PERSON(S): (S) Kent, Jason Douglas (48) Roseburg CHARGE(S): DUII - Alcohol VEHICLE(S): 2018 Nissan Maxima (TX MSF-6439) DETAIL(S): A caller reported an intoxicated male backed into a parked car on SE Main Street resulting in no damage. Officers contacted Kent inside of Brix and he appeared to be under the influence. Kent agreed to perform Standardized Field Sobriety Tests and performed poorly. He was transported to corrections where he was processed for driving under the influence of an intoxicant. DISPO: Kent was cited and released at Corrections and he was picked up by his wife. His vehicle was legally parked in a stall along the road. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 04/30/2021 (02:35 AM) LOCATION: 800 NW Highland Street, Roseburg, OR 97471 INCIDENT: Fugitive CASE #: 211844 PERSON(S): (S) Dickson, Alex Preston (29) Roseburg CHARGE(S): - Sutherlin Municipal Court Warrant for Failure to Appear, - Resisting Arrest VEHICLE(S): DETAIL(S): Alex was contacted at the above location and was found to have the aforementioned warrant. While taking Alex in to custody, he actively resisted arrest and had to be taken to the ground in order to be detained.Alex was transported to Corrections where he was lodged. DISPO:
