Samantha received a call from Robert and over the phone Robert sounded confused and was slurring his words. Samantha was able to track Robert using her cell phone and Officer Woods was able to locate him driving on NE Stewart Parkway. Officer stopped the vehicle in the 300 block of NW Cecil Ave. Officer contacted Robert and he was visibly intoxicated. Robert agreed to SFST's and performed poorly. Michelle's foot slipped off the brake and hit the accelerator. Michelle's pickup hit the back of Marie's vehicle causing damage to her bumper and brake light. Due to Joshua's erratic driving, he failed to stop at a stop sign at SE Fullerton and SE Houck and crashed into a Roseburg City vehicle. Joshua ran from the scene without leaving contact information.
